In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. All Appointments booked online will be charge upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
All gift cards must be presented before services are rendered. Receipt must be presented at checkout. If redeeming a gift card the salon needs to be notified 24 hours in advance of you service time.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more or three or more treatments.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our therapist will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our therapist for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. This policy allows us to retain great therapists.
Inclement Weather Policy
OMG - Spa’s standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the metro area is under a winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at OMG - Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea available in our relaxation area. Couples and spa parties are more than welcome to bring wine and we will provide the glasses. please re-frame from bringing your pets into the spa considering guest who maybe allergies to animals.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. OMG - Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.
Modesty Concerns/What to wear
It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. Towels and robes are provided and can keep you covered. Therapists are well trained in the “art of draping” which means that they leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are massaging. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table. If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.
Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk. We do not recommend bringing small children into the spa who are not being serviced.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
